How we work

Repacking in five steps

With each manufacturer's manual and the EN 12491 standard in hand.

  1. Deployment simulation

Before taking anything apart, we check how the parachute comes out of your harness.

  2. 24-hour airing

We open it in a dry, shaded indoor space so the fabric loses its static and moisture.

  3. Inspection

We check the fabric, load-bearing seams, lines and bridle.

  4. Repacking and new rubber bands

We repack to the model's manual on the peg board and replace every rubber band.

  5. Installation and final check

We install it in your harness container and check the routing and the deployment.

Common questions

Reserve parachute maintenance

How often should the reserve be aired and repacked?

The interval is set by the manufacturer in your model's manual. As a guide, between six months and a year, and whenever it has got wet or spent a long time compressed in the harness.

What should I do if the parachute gets wet?

Do not let it dry inside the container. Take it out, spread it in the shade in a ventilated place and bring it to the workshop to be inspected and repacked.

How long does the service take?

Airing needs at least 24 hours before repacking. When we receive your gear we confirm the exact turnaround by email or WhatsApp.
